Blueberry, Granola, & Almond Butter Breakfast Bowl
- 1 cup Palenola grain-free granola or granola of choice
- 1 cup frozen blueberries or fresh blueberries
- 2 tbsp raw unsalted almond butter
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut optional
- 1 tsp honey optional
- Place blueberries in a bowl. If frozen, microwave for 45 seconds.
- Add in granola, and top with almond butter.
- Top with shredded coconut and honey if you wish.
