I was published on @nbcnews @nbcasianamerica alongside several talented chefs and bloggers for their Asian-inspired Thanksgiving sides! Thanksgiving food is my favorite holiday food. Putting my own unique twist on it by layering my heritage and culture on top of classic Thanksgiving dishes brings me so much joy. I love the creative process that allows me to explore my roots and merge it with my upbringing here in America as a first generation Indian-American woman. I’m so grateful for this milestone in my budding career, and even more grateful for the people who have helped me get here.
