Fig & Pistachio Parfait
- 2-3 whole figs sliced in half
- A handful of raw unsalted pistachios (walnuts, pecans, or any other whole nuts work well!)
- 1 cup of whole milk yogurt I love Siggi’s full-fat greek yogurt!
- Raw or local honey
- Place yogurt in a bowl.
- Top with sliced figs, pistachios, and drizzle a small amount of honey on top.
