Little Gem Salad

- 8-10 crisp large and full little gem leaves
- 1 tablespoon full of lemon tahini dressing per 1-2 little gem leaves
- Handful of roasted pine nuts walnuts, or almonds
- 1 avocado cut into small cubes
- 1/2 tbsp everything but the bagel seasoning for garnish
- Fresh squeeze of lemon
- lace chilled, washed, and dried little gem leaves onto a shallow salad serving plate or bowl.
- Place avocado pieces on top of the little gems.
- Drizzle lemon tahini dressing all over the little gems.
- Garnish with roasted nuts of choice and everything but the bagel seasoning, and a fresh squeeze of lime.
- Serve immediately!
