large and full little gem leaves
1
tablespoon
full of lemon tahini dressing
per 1-2 little gem leaves
Handful of roasted pine nuts
walnuts, or almonds
1
avocado cut into small cubes
1/2
tbsp
everything but the bagel seasoning for garnish
Fresh squeeze of lemon
Instructions
lace chilled, washed, and dried little gem leaves onto a shallow salad serving plate or bowl.
Place avocado pieces on top of the little gems.
Drizzle lemon tahini dressing all over the little gems.
Garnish with roasted nuts of choice and everything but the bagel seasoning, and a fresh squeeze of lime.
Serve immediately!
