Summer Peach Salad

- 4 cups of any fresh greens washed and dried
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar no added sugars
- 2 peaches sliced
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta
- 2 tbsp unsalted and shelled pistachios
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Combine all ingredients and toss well. Serve immediately!
