Creamy Avocado Pesto

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/4 cup walnuts or nuts of choice
  • 2-3 large cloves of garlic peeled
  • 3-4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper


  • Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until creamy and fully combined.
  • Enjoy on top of gluten-free noodles (zoodles, kelp noodles, sweet potato noodles, etc.) or enjoy as a dip with crackers/veggies!
