
Tropical Acai Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp of high-quality organic acai powder
- 2 cups of plain full-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp of honey or maple syrup to sweeten add more to taste
- 1/2 cup chopped pineapple
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup raw unsalted walnuts and/or pistachios
- Sprinkle of shredded coconut
Instructions
- Add yogurt, acai powder, and honey into a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour smoothie into a bowl.
- Add toppings of choice.
- Enjoy!
