Fig & Pistachio Parfait

Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 whole figs sliced in half
  • A handful of raw unsalted pistachios (walnuts, pecans, or any other whole nuts work well!)
  • 1 cup of whole milk yogurt I love Siggi’s full-fat greek yogurt!
  • Raw or local honey

Instructions
 

  • Place yogurt in a bowl.
  • Top with sliced figs, pistachios, and drizzle a small amount of honey on top.
  • Enjoy!
