Golden Matcha Latte

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 tsp matcha powder
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 tsp cacao butter optional
  • 1 tsp organic grass-fed ghee
  • 2 tbsps coconut cream full fat
  • 1/8 tsp turmeric
  • A tiny pinch of black pepper to bring out the healing benefits of turmeric
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1/8 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1 tsp date sugar or use coconut sugar

Instructions
 

  • Heat 1 cup of water for 1 minute and 30 seconds (or until hot)
  • Add matcha powder and whisk well until combined
  • Pour water into a blender, and add rest of the ingredients
  • Blend until fully combined and frothy
  • Pour into a mug and enjoy!
