Tropical Acai Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp of high-quality organic acai powder
  • 2 cups of plain full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp of honey or maple syrup to sweeten add more to taste
  • 1/2 cup chopped pineapple
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup raw unsalted walnuts and/or pistachios
  • Sprinkle of shredded coconut

Instructions
 

  • Add yogurt, acai powder, and honey into a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour smoothie into a bowl.
  • Add toppings of choice.
  • Enjoy!
