ripe avocado

walnuts
or nuts of choice

large cloves of garlic
peeled

lemon juice

Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until creamy and fully combined.
Enjoy on top of gluten-free noodles (zoodles, kelp noodles, sweet potato noodles, etc.) or enjoy as a dip with crackers/veggies!
